2. Products & Orders

Other than in-stock items, t-shirts are custom printed and made to order.
We aim to accurately display colors, designs, and sizes. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or printing.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in case of errors or stock issues.

3. Payment

Payments must be completed at the time of order confirmation to ensure stock status and confirm custom requests.
E-transfers are accepted at westborobeachattire@gmail.com
Future e-payment methods will be added in time

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the addresses provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimated; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Please check your shipping information carefully; we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your t-shirt! If a product is defective, damaged, or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or full refund, at your choice.
Refunds are generally not available for change-of-mind purchases, unless otherwise agreed.

All designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of Go Green / G'Owen Green or our partners.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
